《社会保险法》的出台和实施,统一规范了在职人员因病或非因工死亡待遇,但与之配套的实施细则尚未出台,实务中缺乏操作性,亟需新的政策予以明确。
The promulgation and implementation of the “Social Insurance Law” have standardized the treatment of incumbents due to illness or non-work, but the implementation details have not yet been promulgated. The practice lacks operability and urgently needs new policies to be clarified.
