利益问题已经成为当前我国最突出的社会问题,利益关系已经成为市场经济条件下最需要处理好的关系。利益问题是一个关系问题,现阶段我国阶层之间的收入分配悬殊是利益矛盾的主要表现,结构失衡、结构扭曲等是导致这一问题的主要原因。解决好我国现阶段的利益问题要突出统筹和协调,明确三个基本原则,把结构调整作为调整利益关系的主线,有步骤有重点的推进。
