本文采用内标法及稀释法电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定工业废水中的重金属,其结果与公认的火焰-AAS分析所得结果一致。仪器与试剂 ICP发射光谱仪:SPS 1200AR型。原子吸收分光光度计:AA 8200型。标准溶液;光谱纯试剂用2+100硝酸溶液配制成1000 mg/L标准溶液。其他试剂均为特级品。试验溶液的制备根据测定元素及共存物质的浓度取工业废水20~500 ml于基耶达烧瓶中,加10~30 ml硝酸在石棉板上直接加热分解。酸分解液用No.2滤纸过滤,原则上按10倍浓缩,将此溶液定容至50 ml,作为试验溶液。
In this paper, ICP-AES was used for the determination of heavy metals in industrial wastewater by internal standard method and dilution method.
