为科学合理地进行干线公路城市过境方案的决策,在已有研究的基础上,结合灰色关联法与格序决策法,提出了灰色格序决策方法。该方法在建立评价指标体系的基础上,采用极值法进行指标的无量化处理,应用熵值法确定指标的权重,并用灰色关联度来度量备选方案与理想方案之间的贴近程度。根据提出的方法,对干线公路G204盐城节点过境方案进行了比选,经分析发现,绕行式的过境模式虽然增加了过境车辆的绕行距离,但从工程经济、环境影响等方面综合考虑,仍不失为一种相对较优的过境方案。应用结果表明:灰色格序法综合了灰色关联法和格序决策法的优点,能更好地反映备选方案间的相对优劣关系。
In order to scientifically and reasonably make the decision of transit highway urban transit plan, based on the existing research, combined with gray relational method and gridding decision-making method, a gray grid decision-making method is proposed. Based on the establishment of the evaluation index system, this method uses the extremum method to quantify the index. The entropy method is used to determine the weight of the index. The gray relational degree is used to measure the closeness between the alternative and the ideal scheme. According to the proposed method, a comparison is made on the transit scheme of the Yancheng node of the G204 Yancheng Highway. The analysis shows that the bypass mode increases the bypass distance of the transit vehicles, but considering the project economy and environmental impact, It is still a relatively good transit option. The application results show that the gray sequential method combines the advantages of the gray relational method and the lattice decision method, and can better reflect the relative advantages and disadvantages of the alternatives.
