随着国家对民族教育的重视力度不断加强,内地西藏班的办学规模和教育水平逐年得到优化与提升,越来越多西藏学生走出西藏,来到内地求学。多年来,在教育西藏学生的过程中,我发现,不少西藏学生因远离家乡来到内地,猛然脱离了原先的学习和生活环境,外加语言不通、习惯迥异,出现了不同程度的学习障碍。那么,在具体的教育教学过程中,有没有更好的教育方式,让西藏学生的学习更有针对性、更高效,让民族教育更轻松愉悦、更有成就感呢?下面,我谈一谈漳州第三中学的做法。
As the state attaches great importance to ethnic education, the scale and level of education in the Tibetan classes in the Mainland have been optimized and enhanced year by year. More and more Tibetans have come out of Tibet and come to study in the Mainland. Over the years, in the process of educating Tibetans, I found that many Tibetan students came to the Mainland because they were far away from their hometown and suddenly broke away from their original learning and living environment. Apart from their language barrier and different habits, many Tibetan students showed different levels of learning disabilities. So, in the specific process of education and teaching, are there any better ways of education so that Tibetan students can learn more and more efficiently and make national education more enjoyable and fulfilling? Now I will talk about it Zhangzhou third middle school approach.
