Recognizing that the relationship between weight-bearing activity and bone mineral density is important in developing strategies to maximize and maintain the strength of bones in women, and especially in menopause, we conducted our study to see whether long-term exercise can have a positive effect on bone mineral density effect. This article observes the age of 42 to 50 years old, long-term exercise training history (more than 20 years), and achieved good results in adult female athletes, divided into 3 groups (20 in each group) for analysis.
