目的建立HPLC法测定江西省省内粗叶木药材中车叶草苷含量。方法采用C18柱,流动相为乙腈-0.25%磷酸水溶液,检测波长为240 nm,柱温为15℃,流速为1 mL.min-1。结果粗叶木药材中车叶草苷在0.004~0.2 g.L-1内线性良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.67%,3种粗叶木药材茎中车叶草苷含量均高于根中车叶草苷的含量。结论该测定方法快速简便、结果可靠,重现性好,可用于粗叶木药材中车叶草苷的含量研究。
Objective To establish HPLC method for the determination of carrageenin in crude wood of Jiangxi province. The method used C18 column, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.25% phosphoric acid aqueous solution, the detection wavelength was 240 nm, the column temperature was 15°C, and the flow rate was 1 mL.min-1. RESULTS: The linearity of carrageenin in 0.004~0.2 gL-1 was good (r=0.999 9), and the average recovery was 98.67%. The contents of carrageenin in stems of three species of crude wood were higher than those in roots. Carboside content. Conclusion The determination method is rapid, simple, reliable, and reproducible. It can be used for the study of carrageenin content in crude wood medicine.
