对吸收性明胶海绵和止血绫进行了局部埋藏吸收性和刺激毒性观察。22只家兔的颈静脉、背阔肌、硬脑膜部位埋藏药物，术后8wk内分批观察。结果显示明胶海绵吸收速度较慢，对组织有一定的刺激毒性，尤其电镜超微结构病理检查显示对血管的损伤较明显。止血绫吸收速度快于明胶海绵，刺激毒性较小。
Absorptive gelatin sponge and hemostatic Aya local burial absorption and irritation observed. Twenty-two rabbits were buried in the jugular vein, latissimus dorsi and dura mater, and observed in batches after 8 weeks. The results showed that gelatin sponge absorption rate is slower, the organization has a certain degree of irritation toxicity, especially by electron microscopy ultrastructural pathology showed more obvious damage to the blood vessels. Hemostatic damask absorb faster than gelatin sponge, less irritating toxicity.
