财务管理是保障企业实现可持续发展的重点管理内容。在近几年世界经济实现一体化发展后,财务管理在企业中已占据着越来越重要的地位,对企业市场竞争力的提升和市场价值均有着直接影响。而从当前我国企业的财务管理现状来看,大多数企业的财务管理工作都存在不同程度的问题,这些问题给企业各项资产带来了潜在风险,也使得财务管理失去了应有的作用及意义。对此,为改善这一现象,本文针对企业财务管理存在的问题展开分析,并根据问题提出有效解决对策。
