由于肾上腺皮质功能亢进而引起的外生殖器畸形伴有第二性征发生变化,称为肾上腺性征异常症。本病由于病变发生的时间不同而有不同的症状,临床上归纳为四种情况:1、男性的先天性病变,表现为男性早熟巨阴症。2、女性的先天性病变,表现为女性假两性畸形。3、男性的后天性病变,表现为男性女性化症。4、女性的后天性病变,表现为女性男性化症。在肾上腺性征异常症中、以女性假两性畸形最为多见,我院共收治七例,现结合我院病例,对有关问题进行讨论,以为参考。

In adrenal disorders, the most common female pseudohermaphroditism, our hospital received a total of seven cases, are combined with our hospital cases, the issues discussed, as a reference.
