随着科技的进步,经济的飞速发展,传统的教育教学管理手法与理念,已经不能满足当今社会日益增长的新生代接班人在学习生活中所需要的物质需求与精神需求。迫使当代一线教师不得不找到新的突破与变革。但当我们战胜焦虑冷静下来之后,不难发现,无论是教育教学工作还是班级管理工作,其实都是一个个经过教师们精心编排的大大小小的策划活动。由此不由得使我们联想到另一个领域——文化产业创意与策划。经过不断研究发现,走出一条具有学校教育教学管理特色并符合学生发展需求的文化产业创意与策划之路将有助于学校教育更加科学,有效的进行,在教育、教学、班级管理中要做到合理的创新、借鉴、融合,并且做到真正有意义的“策划”。充分借鉴、灵活运用文化产业创意与策划的精髓,才能事半功倍,若只知毛皮、随意照搬,只能事倍功半。
With the advancement of science and technology and the rapid economic development, the traditional teaching methods and concepts of education and teaching can no longer satisfy the material and spiritual needs of the new generations of successors in today’s society. Forcing contemporary front-line teachers have to find new breakthroughs and changes. However, when we overcome anxiety and calm down, we can easily see that both the education and teaching work or the class management work are in fact planned activities organized by teachers carefully and in large and small. This can not help but make us think of another area - cultural industry creativity and planning. After continuous research, it is found that getting out of a creative and planning culture industry that has the characteristics of school education and teaching management and meets the development needs of students will help to make school education more scientifically and effectively, and should do it in education, teaching and class management Reasonable innovation, reference, integration, and truly meaningful “planning ”. To draw lessons from and make full use of the essence of cultural industry creativity and planning, can we do more with less, and if we only know the fur and arbitrarily copy it, we can only do more with less.
