为了探索符合城市社区医院开展社区卫生服务的新思路、新模式 ,我院成立了“社区卫生服务中心”。通过结构及功能双重改造、强化服务特色、更新服务策略 ;开发老年人多元化需求市场 ;建立开展社区卫生服务“内驱机制”等方法 ,对城市社区卫生服务运作方式进行了尝试。社区医院的转轨转型、服务策略的更新、服务功能的转变、“内驱机制”的启动等运作方式 ,深受人民群众和社区卫生服务工作者的欢迎 ,使社区医院有了更广阔的生存环境和发展空间 ,是我国城市社区医院开展社区卫生服务的有效途径 ,是社区卫生服务持续健康发展的立足之本和有利保障。
In order to explore new ideas and new modes in line with the community health services in urban community hospitals, a “community health service center” was set up in our hospital. Through the double transformation of structure and function, the service characteristics are enhanced, the service strategy is updated, the diversified demand market for the elderly is developed, and the “internal drive mechanism” for community health service is established to try the operation mode of urban community health service. The transformation of community hospitals, the update of service strategies, the change of service functions and the start-up of “internal drive mechanism” are welcomed by the people and community health service workers, giving community hospitals a broader living environment And development space is an effective way to carry out community health services in urban community hospitals in our country and is the basis and beneficial guarantee for the sustained and healthy development of community health services.
