东北三省经济发展的滞后已经成为国家发展建设关注的重点问题,黑龙江省作为老工业发展的重点省份,面对当今经济发展的疲软态势,如何营造经济发展的利好环境成为地区政府关注的重点问题,本文通过对改善黑龙江经济发展软环境问题进行探究,分析本地区制约经济发展的软环境问题,并提出可行的完善措施,旨在促进地区经济发展动力的提升,进而推动地区经济的发展进步。
The lag of economic development in the three northeastern provinces has become the focus of national development and construction. Heilongjiang Province, as a key province for the development of old industries, faced with the weak trend of economic development today. How to create a favorable environment for economic development has become a key issue for regional governments. This paper explores the improvement of soft environment in Heilongjiang economic development, analyzes the soft environment that restricts economic development in this region and puts forward feasible measures to improve the driving force of regional economic development so as to promote the development and progress of regional economy.
