6月30日,国务院机关事务管理局转发国管局关于在国务院各部门机关试行政府采购的意见中,将计算机及辅助设备、复印机、传真机等项目都纳入了政府采购的范围。采购方式以招标采购为主,谈判采购、询价采购、单一来源采购等其他方式为辅。7月初,国管局就PC、打印机等建网设备面向社会公开招标,长城、清华同方、四通等22家国内企业参与竞争,在公开招标的四个项目中,长城凭借优秀的售后服务和良好的性价比喜中两标。这次政府采购的产品主要用于中央机构编制委员会和国家宗教事物局的信息系统建设。据悉,继这两次采购后,国管局还将继续面向社会公开招标。
On June 30, the State Council Administration for Organ Affairs forwards the opinions of the State Administration of Finance on piloting government procurement by departments and agencies under the State Council, including projects such as computers and auxiliary equipment, photocopiers and fax machines in the scope of government procurement.
