构建法治政府是党的十八届四中全会提出的全面推进“依法治国”方略的重中之重,而法治政府建设的一大走向就是要全面提高政府效能,实现政府转型。全面而有效的推进政府信息公开,才能真正实现政府转型。当前,政府信息公开在实践过程中遭遇一些困境,只有解决这些难题,才能真正实现建设法治政府的美好愿景。
Building a government under the rule of law is the top priority put forward by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee to comprehensively promote the strategy of “governing the country according to law.” A major trend in the construction of a government ruled by law is to comprehensively improve government effectiveness and achieve government restructuring. A comprehensive and effective promotion of government information disclosure, in order to truly achieve the government transformation. At present, government information disclosure has encountered some difficulties in practice. Only by solving these problems can we truly realize the good vision of building a government ruled by law.
