<正> 混凝土通常由水泥水化生成Ca(OH)_2而呈现强碱性(pH=12.5~13),其中埋设的钢筋表面覆盖着薄的(厚度20 ~60 )稳定钝化膜(r-Fe_2O_3),从而防止了腐蚀。但由于外部侵入氯化物,仍会造成钢筋锈蚀。本文着重阐述防锈剂类型、作用机理及防锈效果等。一、氯化物对钢筋的腐蚀作用从铁到钝化膜表面方向,按Fe→FeO→Fe_3O_4→r-Fe_2O_3→a-Fe_2O_3的顺序分布。由于钝化膜缺陷颇多,部分水的存在形成局部电池,并发生如下锈蚀反应:
