飞灰含碳量对于锅炉的热效率和安全运行、发电机组的性能以及飞灰利用等方面均有较大影响。以实验手段研究了飞灰含碳量与粒径尺寸之间的变化关系,实验结果表明,一定条件下,煤粉炉飞灰含碳量与粒径之间在存在非线性关系,典型的变化趋势为:随着粒径尺寸的减小,飞灰含碳量先减小后增加。通过已有研究、不同飞灰采样条件、不同电厂和煤种等方面的验证,确定了所发现变化趋势的可靠性。借助已有研究的实验数据,从锅炉相关因素和煤相关因素2方面,对该文所报道现象的合理性进行了肯定,同时进行了简要的机理分析,提出了可能造成此非线性变化趋势的原因。
The carbon content of fly ash has a great impact on the thermal efficiency and safe operation of the boiler, the performance of the generator set, and the utilization of fly ash. The relationship between carbon content and particle size of fly ash was studied experimentally. The experimental results show that under certain conditions, there is a nonlinear relationship between carbon content and particle size of fly ash in coal pulverizer. Typical changes The trend is: As the size of the particle decreases, the carbon content of the fly ash decreases first and then increases. Through the existing research, different sampling conditions of fly ash, different power plants and coal verification, determine the reliability of the trend found. Based on the experimental data of previous studies, we affirm the rationality of the phenomenon reported in this paper from the aspects of boiler-related factors and coal-related factors 2, and also carry out a brief analysis of the mechanism and put forward the possible trend of this nonlinear change the reason.
