以湖南省农业植保部门在推动农作物病虫害专业化统防统治过程中的实践经历为依据,总结了农业植保部门在开展专业化统防统治工作中的5个作用:一是在宣传专业化统防统治意义和好处上的传播作用;二是在发展建立服务组织上的引导作用;三是在专业化服务组织防控技术上的依托作用;四是在专业化服务组织规范服务上的监管作用;五是维护各方利益中的纽带作用。
Based on the practical experience of Hunan’s agricultural plant protection department in promoting the specialization and prevention and control of crop pests and diseases, five functions of the agricultural plant protection department in carrying out specialized system of prevention and control are summarized: First, The second is in the development and establishment of service organizations on the guiding role; the third is in the professional service organization prevention and control technology on the basis of the role; Fourth, professional services in the regulation of services on the regulatory role; Fifth, safeguarding the ties between all parties.
