Ⅰ、建立专业线的原则及其优越性在单件小批生产的重型机器厂中,建立一条每一台机床专门完成一定工序的专业线,使生产过程专业化是重要方向之一。这种专业线的发展对象,不应只限于标准件或小件,也应该尽可能应用到生产周期长、工作量大的大件。即选择工艺上相似的另件,安装必要的设备及专用工艺装备,组织专业化工段,以具有独立工艺周期的原则,使一切工序在生产周期内完成。建立这种专业线工段有如下好处:
