(二○一○年三月二十二日)虹府办发〔2010〕6号区政府各部门、各街道办事处、区直属单位:《虹口区推进企业改制上市工作的实施意见》已经区政府同意,现印发给你们,请按照执行。虹口区推进企业改制上市工作的实施意见为推动本区企业改制上市,帮助企业完善公司治理结构和治理机制,增强企业创业、创新的动力和能力,鼓励企业充分利用资本市场,不断提升企业品牌价值和市场竞争力,促进区域经济又好又快发展,结合区情实际,特制定本意见。
