自1986年1月至1989年12月因脑血管疾病、脑肿瘤、脑外伤而收治的病例中,经脑血管造影发现未破裂脑动脉瘤72例,对其进行根治性手术治疗。年龄37岁～74岁,平均58岁。对15例前交通动脉瘤和2例大脑前动脉瘤采用半球间手术入路,22例大脑中动脉瘤采取经sylvian入路,20例颈内动脉瘤和2例基底动脉前段动脉瘤采取翼点入路进行根治性手术。同时,进行2个以上动脉瘤处理的多发性脑动脉瘤8例,2例进行两侧开颅手术。手术在原疾病发病后经1个月以上能生活自理阶段进行。
From January 1986 to December 1989 in cerebrovascular disease, brain tumors, traumatic brain injury and treated, 72 cases of unruptured cerebral aneurysms were found by cerebral angiography, its radical surgical treatment.
