美国联邦公路局于1978年、1998年、2002年发布了高速公路噪声影响预测模型,目前正在研制基于GIS平台的高速公路噪声影响预测模型。本文通过介绍美国高速公路环境噪声预测模型的管理思路、预测模型的基本内容、验证内容及方法以及模型培训等内容,提出我国可通过建立环境噪声预测模型的管理体系、建立技术支持中心、建立标准模型共享与应用平台、加强环境噪声影响预测模型研发等工作,可使噪声影响预测模型向规范化和有序化发展。
The Federal Highway Administration released the noise impact prediction model for expressways in 1978, 1998 and 2002 and is currently developing a highway noise impact prediction model based on the GIS platform. This paper introduces the management ideas of the US highway environmental noise prediction model, the basic content of the prediction model, the contents and methods of verification and the model training. It puts forward that China can set up a technical support center by establishing a management system of environmental noise prediction model, Model sharing and application platform, and strengthening the research and development of environmental noise impact prediction model, the noise impact prediction model can be standardized and orderly development.
