随着国民经济的发展,交通量日益增长,特别是在混合交通的情况下,公路干线上经常发生交通拥挤和堵塞,同时交通事故亦很严重,这就迫使交通工作者急待研究道路的现状、交通的性质、道路的通行能力、汽车运行速度以及交通管理等问题。为此,首先就需要进行交通调查和观测。本文着重探讨干线公路在混合交通的情况下,交通量与车速的相互关系,以便于研究提高汽车运行速度,提高经济效益的措施。
With the development of the national economy, traffic volume has been on the rise. Especially in the case of mixed traffic, traffic congestion and congestion often occur on the highways and traffic accidents are also serious. This has forced traffickers to study the status quo of roads urgently , The nature of traffic, the capacity of roads, the speed of vehicles and traffic management. To do this, we first need to conduct traffic surveys and observations. This article focuses on the relationship between traffic volume and speed under the condition of mixed traffic in order to study the measures to improve the running speed and increase the economic benefits of the highway.
