目的研究衣原体(CT)、支原体(UU)、弓形虫(TOX)、巨细胞病毒(HCMV)对流产的影响。方法应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术分别对82例自然流产患者(流产组)和50例人工流产和引产孕妇(对照组)的宫颈分泌物进行CT、UU、TOX、HCMV检测。结果流产组CT、UU、TOX、HCMV的检出阳性率分别为4146%、3415%、1829%、3049%,与对照组比较,差异有显著意义(P<001,P<005)。流产次数随UU阳性检出率的增高而增多。结论CT、UU、TOX、HCMV是引起自然流产的重要感染源,其中CT、UU是主要病原体。
Objective To study the effects of chlamydia (CT), mycoplasma (UU), toxoplasma (TOX) and cytomegalovirus (HCMV) on abortion. Methods Cervical secretions from 82 spontaneous abortion patients (abortion group) and 50 abortion pregnant women (control group) were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). CT, UU, TOX and HCMV were detected. Results The positive rates of CT, UU, TOX and HCMV in the abortion group were 41.46%, 34.15%, 18.29% and 30.49%, respectively, which were significantly different from those in the control group (P <0 01, P <005). The number of abortions increased with the increase of the positive detection rate of UU. Conclusion CT, UU, TOX and HCMV are the main sources of infection causing spontaneous abortion. CT and UU are the main pathogens.
