精细化为导向的财务管理目前已成为社会各行各业财务管理工作高效落实的重要指导理念,高校财务管理也不例外,高校财务管理的精细化水平决定高校财务的管理水平。本文首先分析目前我国高校财务管理中存在的问题,归纳基于精细化导向的财务管理对提高高校财务管理水平的必要性,并进一步阐述就如何落实精细化的财务管理具体措施。
Fine-oriented financial management has now become an important guideline for the efficient implementation of financial management in all walks of life in society. The financial management of colleges and universities is no exception. The fine level of financial management in colleges and universities determines the financial management of colleges and universities. This article first analyzes the existing problems in the financial management of colleges and universities in our country, summarizes the necessity of improving the financial management of colleges and universities based on the meticulous-oriented financial management, and further elaborates on how to implement the detailed measures of financial management.
