目的:了解共和县恰卜恰镇居民主要消费食品中食源性致病菌污染状况及分布和高危食品种类。方法:对2012年—2014年度恰卜恰镇313份食品进行,沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌、阪崎肠杆菌、单增李斯特菌、副溶血性弧菌、致泻型大肠埃希氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌、霉菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌,10项微生物的检测分析。结果:检测的10项食源性致病菌中检出阪崎肠杆菌、单增李斯特菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及铜绿假单胞菌,其他5种菌均未检出,总检出率4.47%。生食品中致病菌检出率最高11.1%;其次饮用纯净水6.25%。非定型包装即食食品中检出致病菌4.32%;定型包装熟食品中检出致病菌2.78%。结论:通过食源性致病菌监测,掌握了恰卜恰镇市售食品及餐饮食品中食源性致病菌污染状况,以及检出的5种食源性致病菌在不同食品中的分布情况。
Objective: To understand the status and distribution of food-borne pathogenic bacteria in the main consumer food and the types of high-risk foods in Qiabuqia town, Republic of China. Methods: A total of 313 foodstuffs were collected from Qiabuqia town in 2012-2014, including Salmonella, Shigella, Enterobacter sakazakii, Listeria monocytogenes, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, mold, Bacillus cereus and Staphylococcus aureus, the detection of 10 microbes. Results: Enterobacter sakazakii, Listeria monocytogenes, Bacillus cereus, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were detected in 10 food-borne pathogens, but none of the other 5 species were detected , The total detection rate of 4.47%. Pathogenic bacteria in raw food, the highest detection rate of 11.1%; followed by drinking pure water 6.25%. 4.32% of pathogens detected in non-stereotyped packaged ready-to-eat foods; 2.78% of pathogens detected in stereotyped packaged cooked foods. Conclusion: By monitoring food-borne pathogens, we can know the status of food-borne pathogenic bacteria in commercial food and catering food in Qia Buqia town and detect five kinds of food-borne pathogens in different foods Distribution.
