民间投资是否能够增长 ,不但关系到经济增长是否可以持续 ,而且与就业、保持市场竞争、国企改革等一系列问题密切相关。政府应采用各种财税手段为民营企业创造商业机会和公平竞争的环境 ,解除民营企业在发展过程中的各种后顾之忧 ,以促进民间投资的增长。
Whether private investment can grow is not only related to whether economic growth can be sustained, but also closely related to a series of issues such as employment, market competition and state-owned enterprise reform. The government should adopt various means of fiscal and taxation to create business opportunities and fair competition environment for private-owned enterprises and relieve the worries of private-owned enterprises in the development process so as to promote the growth of private investment.
