目的对四川淫羊藿Epi mediumsutchuenense的化学成分进行研究。方法利用硅胶、聚酰胺、SephadexLH-20、ODS等柱色谱进行分离和纯化,根据化合物的光谱学数据和理化方法鉴定其结构。结果从四川淫羊藿70%乙醇提取物中分离得到了10个化合物,鉴定其结构为川藿苷A(sutchuenoside A,Ⅰ)、川藿苷B(sutchuenosideB,Ⅱ)、大豆苷元(daidzein,Ⅲ)、宝藿苷-Ⅰ(baohuoside-Ⅰ,Ⅳ)、kaempferide3-rhamnoside(Ⅴ)、淫羊藿苷(icariin,Ⅵ)、an-hydroicaritin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(Ⅶ)、对羟基苯甲酸(p-hydroxybenzoic acid,Ⅷ)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,Ⅸ)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,Ⅹ)。结论化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ为新化合物,分别命名为sutchue-noside A和B,俗名为川藿苷A和B,化合物Ⅲ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ~Ⅹ系首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Epimedium chinense in Sichuan. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel, polyamide, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic data and physicochemical methods. Results Ten compounds were isolated from the 70% ethanol extract of Sichuan Epimedium and their structures were identified as Scutellanoside A (I), Sutchenoside B (II), Daidzein (daidzein, III), Baohuoside-I (IV), kaempferide3-rhamnoside (V), icariin (VI), an-hydroicaritin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1→2) )-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (VII), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (VIII), daucosterol (IX), β-sitosterol (X). Conclusion Compounds I and II are new compounds named as sutchue-noside A and B, which are commonly known as tetroside A and B. Compounds III, V, VII and VIII~X were isolated from this plant for the first time.
