[目的]对草甘膦异丙胺盐水剂中的异丙胺根离子进行定量分析。[方法]用Ion PacTM CS 12A分析色谱柱(含Ion PacTM CG 12A保护柱)和电导检测器、外标法对草甘膦异丙胺盐中的异丙胺根离子进行定量分析。[结果]方法测定的异丙胺根离子质量浓度在3.67~25.68 mg/L范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数r为0.9999,方法系统稳定性和重复性测定的相对标准偏差分别为0.80%和1.78%,回收率在98.3%~101.9%之间,最低检出限为0.012 61 mg/L。[结论]方法操作简便、灵敏,结果可靠。
[Objective] To quantitatively analyze isopropylamine ion in glyphosate isopropylamine salt solution. [Method] Ion PacTM CS 12A analytical column (including Ion PacTM CG 12A guard column) and conductivity detector were used for the quantitative analysis of isopropylamine ion in glyphosate isopropylamine salt. [Result] The calibration curve of isopropylamine ion concentration in the range of 3.67 ~ 25.68 mg / L showed a good linearity with a correlation coefficient of 0.9999. The relative standard deviations of the system stability and reproducibility were 0.80% and 1.78, respectively %, The recoveries ranged from 98.3% to 101.9%, and the lowest detection limit was 0.012 61 mg / L. [Conclusion] The method is simple, sensitive and reliable.
