第一案:請政府加强衛生工作,展開衛生運動案。提案者姓名部別:提案審查委員會綜合。執行情况:1.五月廿六日開展翟亂、傷寒預防免費注射工作,全市共動員一九七一位醫務工作人員,第一次注射四十五萬六千一百九十二人,第二次注射二十七萬七千三百六十四人,第三次注射二十一萬七千四百八十人,並進行了檢查,這個工作,至七月份結束。2.就義林醫院原址,新建市立第二人民醫院,現有病床一百張,年底可擴充至一八○張。3.市立産科醫院病床,已由廿四張增至四十張。4.私立重慶醫院,自願交公辦理,九月份接辦,更名爲市立第三人民醫院。5.明確了貧苦市民免費治療手續,市立醫院已統一收費標準,一般均較私立醫院低。6.幾次遊行示威運動中,組織了羣衆性的急救工作。7.正籌辦改造接生婆工作,敎材已編好。8.頒發了飲食店等十一種衛生管理規則,一般在衛生設備上已有改善,並進行了攤販的衛生管理。9.酒水車除原有二部外,已增加四部,分駛市區,九月底止,共酒水一、五八六噸牛。10六月起建立衛生稽查隊,拒任環境衛生檢查推動工作。並已開始公共衛生及防疫技術訓練,以培養防疫隊基層人員。11中西醫審查換照已初步辦理,過去無論書執照,及無正式學資的醫藥人員考試辦法,尚待中央統一規定。12羣衆性逮鼠捕蠅運動未展開,準備在十一月份進行第二次清潔運動。13清潔車已增至五輛,平均每日行駛四○○次,六——九月共運垃圾七、○七四噸。第二案:請政府成立重慶市城市建設計劃委員會案。
