CO_2焊接是一种低廉、高效、节能、抗锈好的焊接方法。1983年郑州机械研究所研制成的管子-管板自动CO_2焊机,已成功地应用于上海锅炉厂10台“KZL 240·10/115-A型热水锅炉”和1台“KZL4-13型蒸气锅炉”的焊接上,经过一年多的运行后,未发现有裂纹,渗水等其它缺陷,证明接头经受了运行的考验。根据用户要求,接头形式如图1a)所示,这种形状的接头有利于防止锅炉在长期遥行中裂纹的产生。但是目前在我国绝大部分的
