Social mobilization refers to the ability of the ruling party to enter society, integrate social resources, mobilize the positive factors in society and promote social progress. Its purpose is to achieve the smooth realization of the party’s guiding ideology and governing objectives. Its approach is to integrate society so that different members of society can play their respective functions along a legal and orderly track in a unified political system. The key is to establish Political balance and cohesion mechanism to resolve social conflicts
