一个根雕艺术家去寻找树根之前,不会是构想好根雕形象后,再按图索骥,去找相似的树根,而是在找到树根之后,再依据树根的形状去雕塑。这告诉我们教育者,要创造适合学生发展的教育,而不是选择适合教育的学生。卢梭在《爱弥儿》中说,教育的影响必须与儿童的自然发展相一致。孩子们站在我们面前,我们非常容易看见的是群生像,但作为教育者,我们更应该善于透过表象看到更深层的东西,
Before a root carving artist looks for a root, he does not think of the image of the root, but then looks for a similar root. After finding the root, it sculpts according to the shape of the root. This tells us that educators want to create education that fits the needs of their students rather than choosing a suitable education for their students. Rousseau said in “Emile” that the influence of education must be consistent with the natural development of children. Children stand before us. What we can see very easily is the image of a living creature, but as an educator, we should be good at seeing something deeper through the appearance.
