采用14种不同氮、磷、钾施肥配方,在自然光下测定烤烟叶片净光合速率、气孔导度等指标,研究不同氮、磷、钾施肥水平对烤烟叶片光合特性的影响。结果表明,14种施肥配方对烤烟植株的净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率、叶温有明显影响。N2P1K1(N 90 kg/hm2、P 45 kg/hm2、K 112.5kg/hm2)施肥水平烤烟叶片的净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率均最大,分别为14.145μmol/(m2·s)、0.817 mol/(m2·s)、12.573 mmol/(m2·s)。
Fourteen different nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers were applied to determine the net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance of flue - cured tobacco leaves under natural light. The effects of different nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilization levels on the photosynthetic characteristics of flue - cured tobacco leaves were studied. The results showed that the 14 kinds of fertilization formulas significantly affected net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration, transpiration rate and leaf temperature of flue - cured tobacco plants. The net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of flue-cured tobacco leaves under N2P1K1 (N 90 kg / hm2, P 45 kg / hm2, K 112.5 kg / hm2) fertilization were 14.145μmol / (m2 · s) mol / (m2 · s), 12.573 mmol / (m2 · s).
