目的总结临床医学检验重要环节质量控制措施并评价其临床应用效果。方法回顾性分析2015年1至12月未实施医学检验重要环节质控管理的72例患者临床医学检验结果差错率,将医学检验重要环节质控管理实施前患者医学检验结果差错率与2016年医学检验重要环节质控管理实施后76例患者临床医学检验结果差错率作以比较。结果医学检验实施前72例患者中医学检验结果出现差错的有11例(15.3%)明显多于实施后2例(2.6%)(P<0.05)。结论重视临床医学检验过程重要环节常见问题,积极分析医学检验结果准确性影响因素,加强医学检验重要环节质控管理,持续改进医学检验工作质量,提高患者医学检验结果准确性。
Objective To summarize the quality control measures of clinical trials and evaluate their clinical application. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the error rate of clinical medical examination results in 72 patients who failed to implement the quality control management of key aspects of medical examination from January to December in 2015. The error rate of medical examination results before the implementation of quality control management, an important aspect of medical examination, 76 important clinical trial results after the implementation of quality control management error rate for comparison. Results In the 72 cases before the implementation of the medical test, 11 cases (15.3%) were found to have errors in the results of the medical examination, which were significantly more than 2 cases (2.6%) after the implementation of the medical test (P <0.05). Conclusion Pay attention to the common problems in the clinical medical examination process, positively analyze the influencing factors of the accuracy of the medical examination results, strengthen the quality control management in important parts of medical examination, continuously improve the quality of medical examination and improve the accuracy of the medical examination results.
