随着经济、社会的发展,人类的价值取向已经发生了根本性的变革。经济的繁荣已不再是人类追求的唯一目标或是首要目标。突出以人为本,强调和谐协调,追求可持续发展的科学发展观已经成为现代城市建设的主旋律。城市风景林地,作为城市生态系统的一个重要因子,在改善生态环境、弘扬历史文化、放飞市民心灵、提升城市品位等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文以云龙湖风景区规划、建设为例,旨在探讨云龙湖区域经济与商法的内在联系。
With the economic and social development, the fundamental values of human beings have undergone fundamental changes. Economic prosperity is no longer the only goal pursued by mankind or the primary goal. Highlighting the people-oriented principle, emphasizing harmony and coordination and pursuing sustainable development has become the main theme of modern city construction. As an important factor of urban ecosystem, the forest land of urban landscape plays an increasingly important role in improving the ecological environment, promoting history and culture, releasing people’s hearts and improving urban taste. This paper takes the planning and construction of Yunlong Lake Scenic Area as an example to explore the inherent relationship between Yunlong Lake regional economy and commercial law.
