研究目的:哈大客运专线工程项目位于我国东北三省境内,气候条件十分恶劣。在我国甚至在世界范围内,也尚无在如此严寒地区修建无砟轨道的先例。为此,需通过对严寒地区客运专线CRTS I型板式无砟轨道板的生产进行试验研究,解决严寒地区条件下轨道板的耐久性及抗冻性,并形成生产工艺。研究结论:在我国相关行业标准以及客运专线无砟轨道混凝土材料再创新科研成果的基础上,对严寒地区无砟轨道板用钢材、混凝土等原材料经研究提出了技术要求,并优化了预应力混凝土轨道板中预应力体系,形成权限的施工工艺。此技术在严寒地区的成功运用,为今后严寒地区无砟轨道板的生产奠定了坚实的技术基础。
Research purposes: Harbin-Dalian Passenger Dedicated Line project located in the three provinces in Northeast China, the climate is very harsh conditions. In our country and even in the world, there are no precedents for building ballastless orbits in such cold regions. Therefore, it is necessary to test the production of CRTS I slab ballastless slab track for passenger dedicated line in cold region to solve the problem of durability and frost resistance of slab slab under severe cold conditions and to form a production process. The successful application of this technology in cold regions has laid a solid technical foundation for the production of ballastless track slabs in severe cold regions in the future.
