为了提高检查质量,加强廉政建设,特制定《税收财务物价大检查工作人员守财》,所有参加税收、财务、物价大检查工作的人员,都要遵照执行: 一、努力学习,积极工作。要认真学习税务、财务、物价大检查的各项文件和有关财经法规,提高政治思想水平和业务能力。要振奋精神,集中精力,努力工作,积极主动地完成各项检查任务。二、坚持原则,秉公执法。要严格按照国家有关的法律、法令、法规和程序,检查、处理各种违纪违法问题,做到事实清楚,定性正确,处理恰当,手续完备。不得以情代法、以权代法和徇私舞弊。
