一、概述汽轮机叶片的磨损是汽轮机运行中存在的主要问题之一。磨损的形式主要是叶片表面的腐蚀和产生裂纹两种。腐蚀使叶片工作表面损坏,裂纹将导致叶片的断裂。叶片的磨损、断裂带来的损失是巨大的,据资料[1]统计,我国1979~1982年的四年问,汽轮机叶片、围带、拉金及轮缘的损坏共310台次、488级次、210台机组。平均每年有52台机组,发生77台次122级次叶片、围带等的断裂损坏。在汽轮机叶片的磨损、断裂事故中,低压末几级叶片占突出地位,四年间末三级动叶片断裂损坏共232次,占损坏总数488级次的47.5%,直接损失达数百万元。末几级叶片的磨损带有
