煤炭是钢铁企业的重要战略资源之一,它已经成为继铁矿石之后钢铁企业所面临的又一个成本难题。俄罗斯大型钢铁企业对煤炭资源的重视程度相对较高,不但投资起步早,而且资本运作方式多种多样。介绍了具有代表性的俄罗斯三家大型钢铁企业的煤炭资源概况,详细分析了其为获取煤炭资源而采取的策略和实施的资本运作实例,很多经验值得国内钢铁企业借鉴。
Coal is one of the key strategic resources for steel companies and it has become another cost challenge for steel companies following iron ore. Large Russian iron and steel enterprises attach great importance to the coal resources. Not only has the investment started early, but also the capital operates in various ways. This paper introduces the overview of coal resources of three representative large steel mills in Russia, analyzes the strategy of capital resources acquisition and the example of capital operation in detail. Many experiences are worth learning from domestic steel companies.
