[18F]氟代脱氧葡萄糖-正电子断层成像(18F fluorodeoxyglucose-positron emission tomography,FDG-PET)能够反映出人体病变和正常组织的生理功能代谢变化,在肺癌的临床管理中具有重要的应用价值,在肺癌的诊断、分期、放疗计划的目标体积勾画、疗效监测、复发检查等方面都已得到越来越多的应用;但肺部炎症经常造成结果的假阳性,降低其诊断特异度。目前其分析手段包括基于静态图像的视觉分析、半定量化分析以及基于动态图像的定量分析。将介绍FDG-PET在肺癌管理中的应用现状、存在问题及未来研究方向。
[18F] fluorodeoxyglucose-positron emission tomography (FDG-PET) can reflect the changes of physiological function and metabolism in human diseases and normal tissues, and has an important value in the clinical management of lung cancer. It has been used more and more in diagnosis, staging of lung cancer, outline of the target volume of the radiotherapy plan, curative effect monitoring and recurrence examination. However, the lung inflammation often results in a false positive result and reduces the diagnostic specificity. At present, the analysis methods include visual analysis based on still images, semi-quantitative analysis, and quantitative analysis based on dynamic images. Will introduce FDG-PET in the application of lung cancer management status quo, problems and future research directions.
