谋杀案又掀波澜“你有权保持沉默,但是你所说的一切都将成为呈堂证供。”这是我们最为熟悉的美国警察在逮捕犯人时用的陈词滥调,但是缺少了它会是什么样子呢?前NBA著名球星威廉姆斯谋杀案的审理过程将告诉你答案。威廉姆斯的律师在日前向法庭上诉,要求撤消对威廉姆斯的指控,理由是缺少法律上的程序。威廉姆斯的辩护律师表示陪审团已经将指控驳回,驳回的原因主要在于警方在因为怀疑威廉姆斯射杀了他的司机而将他逮捕时,并没有告知威廉姆斯有保持沉默的权利。虽然警方提供的证据存在缺陷,但是陪审团并没有将指控撤销,而只是将指控暂时驳回,控方还有3个月的时间来完善自己的指控。目前的
