一带一路是丝绸之路文化的延续,也是现代视角下,借助于多边区域平台合作,旨在积极拉动与我国相接国家之间的伙伴联系的重要途径。打造集经济、政治、文化于一体的共同责任体是一带一路政策发展的根本。宁夏作为我国少数民族回族的自治区,是我国五大少民自治区之一。宁夏得益于黄河的灌溉,诞生了我国传统的黄河文明。独特的地理位置与文化背景,为宁夏当地创造了数不胜数的美景和文化气息。借助于一带一路的政策,发扬少数民族文化的特性旅游文化内涵,将有助于提高宁夏山川的文化宣扬能力。
The Belt and Road Initiative is a continuation of the Silk Road culture. It is also an important way for the two countries to take advantage of the cooperation with multilateral regional platforms aimed at actively stimulating the partnership between the countries connected with our country under the modern perspective. Building a common responsibility body integrating economy, politics and culture is the fundamental development of the policy of the Belt and Road Initiative. As an autonomous region of the ethnic Hui nationality in our country, Ningxia is one of the five major minorities autonomous regions in our country. Ningxia benefited from the Yellow River irrigation, the birth of China’s traditional Yellow River civilization. Unique geographical location and cultural background, Ningxia has created numerous scenic and cultural atmosphere. With the Belt and Road Initiative, it is hoped that carrying forward the characteristics of the tourism culture of the ethnic minority culture will help raise the cultural propaganda capacity of the Ningxia mountains and rivers.
