艾维尔沟矿的各主要煤层的煤种属焦煤、肥煤，它们的结焦性、挥发分等各项指标都属于优质炼焦煤。自1997年以来，选煤厂入选原料煤可进性发生变化，在现有的生产条件下，多数煤层的原料煤不能选出合格产品。同时，因原料煤结渣性强，做为动力煤也不合适。因此，如何对各煤层进行洗选，充分利用资源是该矿面临的一大难题。本文对几种配煤方案进行比较和探讨，并提出建议。
All kinds of coal seams in the main coal seams of the Avilogou Gully are coking coal and fat coal, and their coking and volatile components are all quality coking coal. Since 1997, the coal feedability of selected raw coal in the coal preparation plant has changed. Under the current production conditions, raw coal of most coal seams can not select qualified products. At the same time, due to the strong slagging of raw coal, it is not suitable as a thermal coal. Therefore, how to wash and choose each coal seam and make full use of resources is a major challenge for the mine. This paper compares and discusses several coal blending schemes and puts forward suggestions.
