多元智能理论强调的是尊重学生个体之间的智能差异,促进学生智能的多元化、个性化发展。而初中化学的小组合作学习,其本质就是结合学生自身能力进行合理的学习小组构建,再以小组合作学习的形式开展具体教学,做到取长补短,促进学生的全面发展。这与多元智能理论的教学目的是相同的,所以在实际的初中化学教学中结合多元智能理论,能够有效提高合作小组的学习效率,促进学生全面发展。本文从基于多远智能理论下初中化学小组合作的角度展开讨论,结合实际的初中化学教学,分析了在多元智能理论下初中化学合作小组的组建方法,以及多元智能理论在初中化学小组合作学习中的具体运用,体现出多元智能理论在初中化学小组合作教学中的重要性,为提高初中化学小组合作学习效率,促进学生智能多元化发展提供一定的理论依据。
