肾、输尿管结石双侧者占10％,治疗困难,我院从1979～1984年手术治疗双侧上尿路结石24例。现报告如下: 一般资料 (一) 性别与年龄男17例,女7例;年龄18～55岁,平均35岁。 (二) 结石部位双侧输尿管结石12例,双侧肾结石6例,双侧输尿管结石并一侧肾结石3例,一侧肾结石并对侧输尿管结石2例,双肾双输尿管
Kidney, ureteral stones on both sides accounted for 10% of the treatment difficulties, our hospital from 1979 to 1984 surgical treatment of bilateral upper urinary tract stones in 24 cases.
