研发与发展(R&D)投入是经济增长的最主要因素之一。近年来,随着科技的发展,研发投入对经济增长的作用日益显著。利用浙江省1990—2014年的统计数据,运用EVIEWS 7.0计量分析软件,实证检验了浙江省研发投入与经济增长之间的协整关系,以及浙江省研发投入对经济增长的长期弹性和短期弹性,同时还探究了两者之间的因果关系。最后根据实证结果进行了总结,并提出了相应的对策建议。
R & D and development (R & D) investment is one of the most important factors in economic growth. In recent years, with the development of science and technology, the role of R & D investment in economic growth has become increasingly evident. Using the statistical data from 1990 to 2014 in Zhejiang Province and using EVIEWS 7.0 measurement and analysis software, this paper empirically tests the cointegration relationship between R & D investment and economic growth in Zhejiang Province and the long-term elasticity and short-term elasticity of Zhejiang’s R & D investment to economic growth. At the same time also explored the causal relationship between the two. Finally, according to the empirical results were summarized, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
