医院保卫科是医院的重要组成部分,它肩负着维护医院正常工作秩序、保证人民就医安全的重要责任。伴随医疗改革制度的不断推进,我国医院规模、医疗体制等都发生了改变,由此也带来了更多的医患纠纷。本文就从医院保卫科的定位与应用角度进行分析,阐述医院保卫科工作面临的现状,以及在医患纠纷中发挥的作用。
Hospital Security Section is an important part of the hospital, which shoulders the important responsibility of safeguarding the normal working order of the hospital and ensuring the safety of the people for medical treatment. With the continuous advancement of the medical reform system, the size of our hospital and the medical system have all changed. As a result, more doctor-patient disputes have been brought about. This article analyzes the positioning and application of hospital security department, expounds the status quo of hospital security department work, and the role played in the doctor-patient dispute.
