Geological data is the design basis of mining and metallurgy project. The rationality of major process design schemes also depends on the geological prospecting and research level of the deposit. Improper research and cataloging of original geologic data, or mistakes in evaluation of important mining and metallurgical technical parameters will all affect the rational development and design quality of the project. On the other hand, however, excessive exploration work during the geological exploration phase is both economically detrimental to the decision-making date of the project and thus delaying the timing. Although, the basic construction procedures and design procedures require the preliminary design of the reservoir committee should obtain the approval of the geological report, but more than seeking more geological information, ignoring the quality, it is not appropriate. Years of practice shows that the requirements for the degree of geological prospecting and research of the deposit should, in principle, be such that design work should be carried out
