历史永远不会倒退,人类总是在漫漫的历史长河中不断摸索、前进。随着历史的不断发展,人类历史由近代化步入现代化,而为顺应时代发展如何更好地实现现代化已成为全球共同观注的问题。一个国家想要实现现代化,必须要有良好的国家政策,而政策的制定离不开法律,所以必须要首先实现国家的法治化建议。紧跟经济全球化的浪潮,我国的国家治理现代化的各方面也在不断深入,制定的各项法律法规在符合我国国情的同时也日渐全面、具体。国家贯彻落实依法治国方略,不仅是因为其是推进国家治理现代化的重要内容和主要途径,也是因为实现国家治理现代化的法治化必须要依法治国与国家治理两者在相互贯通的基础上相互作用、相辅相成。依法治国的方略要坚决实行使其落实到每个人的心中,人们自觉遵纪守法,自然而然就积极主动地推进国家治理现代化和法治化,维护社会团结。因此,需要根据推进国家治理现代化的目标要求,结合我国国情,注入良法的基本价值,提供完善的创新机制,强化法治权威和良法善治,建设完善的法律体系,加强宪法和法律实施,在加快建设法治中国的同时,促进国家治理现代化。本文分析了国家治理现代化的目标要求,分析了我国要实现治理现代化为什么要先实行法治化的原因,突出了推行法治的必要性、重要性。

The state’s implementation of the strategy of running the country according to law not only because it is an important content and main way to promote the modernization of state governance but also because the realization of the rule of law in the modernization of state governance must be based on the mutual interaction of governing the country by law and state governance, Complement each other. The strategy of governing the country according to law must be resolutely implemented so that it can be implemented into everyone’s mind. People consciously observe the law and discipline, and naturally, they actively promote the modernization of state governance and the rule of law and safeguard social solidarity. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a sound mechanism for innovation, strengthen the rule of law, strengthen good laws and good governance and establish a sound legal system, so as to strengthen the implementation of the Constitution and the law and accelerate the construction of the country according to the requirements of the objective of advancing the modernization of state governance and the basic values of the law of good according to China’s national conditions. Under the rule of law, China will promote the modernization of state governance. This article analyzes the objectives and requirements of the modernization of state governance, analyzes the reasons why the modernization of governance should be implemented by law in our country, and highlights the necessity and importance of promoting the rule of law.
